Returns:
Please note that, as Kecks are underwear, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns unless the garment is faulty. If your Kecks are faulty in any way, please let us know, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible
How soon until I get my Kecks?
All of our deliveries are made by courier. This takes 1-3 working days in major centres; up to 5 days outside urban areas.
For deliveries elsewhere, or urgent deliveries, please contact us here or hello@kecksactive.com - we will always try make a plan.
Have they shipped yet?
We ship orders as soon as we can, except on weekends, when we are busy out on the mountain or at the beach. Once they are prepared for shipping, we will send you a tracking code so that you can follow their progress on their way to you.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for more than three pairs. Otherwise delivery costs depend on the country Kecks are purchased in and the number of pairs purchased. The delivery cost will be itemised at checkout - so please check this when ordering.
