How soon until I get my Kecks?
All of our deliveries are made by courier. This takes 1-4 working days in major centres; up to 5 days outside urban areas. For deliveries elsewhere, or urgent deliveries, please contact us on hello@kecksactive.com - we will always try to make a plan.
Have they shipped yet?
We ship orders as soon as we can, except on weekends, when we are busy out on the mountain or at the beach. Once they are prepared for shipping, we will send you a tracking code so that you can follow their progress on their way to you.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based on the country you order from and the location of the delivery address. The shipping cost will be itemised for you at checkout.
Do you have Kecks for women?
Globally we make Kecks for women but these are unfortunately not available for sale in your market at present.
Do you have Kecks for kids?
We have added Kids Kecks to our site. They are the same as our regular Kecks, except the styling is simpler with no pouch in front.

Where did Kecks come from?
They were created by a young man who wanted to wear something under his boardshorts that would dry as quickly as the boardies did. Check out our story here.
How often do you get new styles?
We are adding new patterns every few months, and some styles sell out fast, so please check back often.
When will you reply to my communication?
We try and get back to you as soon as possible however you contact us, but please cut us some slack if we don't, especially over weekends when we tend to be spending a lot of time in the sea or on the mountain. We are a small business for now, and so a 24/7 response is tricky!
Can I return my Kecks if they don't fit?
As Kecks are underwear, we are unable to accept returns unless the garment is faulty for hygiene reasons. If you do have a problem, please let us know, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
